Disruptive Leadership Workshops
Disruptive leadership workshops are designed to engage school leaders in conversations around disruption, culture and creating moments that shift the paradigm for a learning institution. Participants will look at theory, exemplar schools and reflect upon their own successes and challenges. Throughout the day, leaders will draft and design a disruptive-action plan to strengthen their personal leadership philosophy and the effectiveness of their school.

We want to be part of the conversation and solution. In our 30+ years of combined leadership experience, we’ve learned powerful lessons about what it takes to truly move a building to the next level. As school leaders, we understand that culture is the foundation for creating lasting and sustainable growth – it’s the elasticity that allows a school to take risks and improve. In addition, we’ve also realized that there are different types of culture: cultures of compliance and cultures of disruption – we believe firmly in creating a culture that honors the process of innovation and failure. This culture happens when school leaders model risk-taking in everything they do – if leadership doesn’t change, the status quo is perpetuated.
